Growing up in Dubai in the early 80s, Hamdan was surrounded by a melting pot of cultures and flavors. This vibrant environment taught him that food is more than nourishment—it’s a way to bring people together, create lasting memories, and share the joy of life. Inspired by this belief, Hamdan dedicated himself to perfecting the recipes passed down from his mother and crafting dishes that evoke emotions of nostalgia, delight, and connection.
