The Mental Health Coach

The Mental Health Coach is an Australian mental health trainers team dedicated to helping workplaces and communities build genuine mental health awareness. We deliver accredited Mental Health First Aid courses, workplace training programs, and youth specific training, all led by experienced facilitators with real clinical and lived experience backgrounds. Our goal is simple: give people the confidence and practical skills to recognise, support, and guide someone through a mental health challenge, whether that's at work, at home, or in the community.
